Bluebird Learning Partners is an independent early education consultancy founded by Taylor Passmore. We focus on building educator and leader capacity to include all children, all learners, and all people for a better future.
After years as a classroom teacher, Taylor has been an educational leader and advocate in many settings. She played a key role in growing New York City's universal early childhood program– Pre-K and 3K for All– to serve more than 160,00 children birth-5. There she worked with NYU, Bank Street, and other organizations to develop research-proven professional development for teachers and leaders. She has developed trainings and resources for major organizations like Newark Public Schools, Teaching Matters, and District Council 37.
