A Whole-Community Approach
Our trainings focus on learning and skills a whole community can put into action. Too often paraprofessionals, family workers, environmental staff, and others caring for young children do not get opportunities to learn about child development. Children come into contact with many adults, not just their lead teachers. Each one is an opportunity for a meaningful interaction. You never know which relationships will help a child thrive. We strive to include as many staff as possible into our trainings so every child gets every chance to grow, love, and belong.
