Play is the best form of learning.
We know it is true for children- why not for adults? Another adult learning principle at the core of our work is play and fun. Our trainings are engaging, fun, and interactive. Participants walk away with not only skills and strategies– but a change in attitude and beliefs. That is best achieved through experiential games and activities.
Having real-life classroom and leadership experience also allows me to connect with the realities of participants. I invite open dialogue and questions about the hard topics. If we can't talk about it in a professional development- where are we going to?
